Buenos Aires
While most research concentrates on the situation in Western Countries, recently i decided to check what is going on in another place – Latin America. Since large amount of migrants to the US comes from there, it would interesting to see where things are going.
The results:
Argentina – whites declined from 85 percent of the population in 1914 to 65 percent in 2012 or to 78 % according to wiki
Brasil: from 53.7% in 2000 to 47.7% in 2010
Latin America total: from 43.2% in 1980 to 36.1% in 2000
Therefore in can be concluded that the quality of the immigrants coming from Latin America will worsen, as less and less of them will be white. Latin American economies have been performing poorly compared to other emerging economies so this could be part of the explanation too.
I thought Argentina was whiter than that.

It is indeed unclear. The country does not officially collect such information. The guy i cited used genetic study where 65 % were white, but there are also studies where 78 percent were white.

The problem with all of those studies is that they use relatively small samples, so there are lots of fluctuations. They are not a country wide census. I decided to go with his opinion because he is argentinian and must know his country, but yes, it is possible that he is wrong.

CZ, I doubt you are wrong, you are one of the most knowledgeable ppl that I read—and I read A Lot! In any event, here in America, who is “white” and who is “not” depends on what the statisticians want the outcome to be. For example, when compiling crime stats, the “powers that be” will throw Hispanics into the white population to inflate the numbers and level them out. They do the same thing with gibs, so it looks like YT is using more, brown ppl are using less, etc… i could give more examples, but y’all get the idea….
