Jews Agree: “Islam is closer to Judaism than any other religion”

A rabbi declares that “Judaism is closer to Islam than any other religion.” He recommends that Jews study Islam rather than Christianity when they are required to study another religion.

Ordinary Jews apparently think the same. When asked whether Islam or Christianity is closer to Judaism, the majority answer “Islam”.

  1. The Talmud calls upon ‘jews’ to burn the Christian New Testament, to destroy their Churches and not to read the New Testament so the rabbi is probably engaging in the jewish form of the Islamic tenets of Taquiyya and Kitman (deceit and failure to divulge the full truth). Also, the Talmud speaks most disparagingly of Christ and His Mother. These facts need to be more widely known and will go some way to explaining the theological basis of Jews’ hatred of Christians and Christianity and will pull the carpet out from under the ‘eternal victim’ line they use to hide, and justify, their original hostility to Christ and His teachings.

    1. It is the Talmud, not the Old Testament, which has the position of the central text of ‘judaism.’ In the Yeshivas, jewish schools, it is the first five books of the Old Testament which are taught; those parts of the OT dealing with the works of the Prophets (who railed against the Jews and their sins and failures to uphold their side of the Covenant receive little attention). The Talmud is the written compilation of the Mishna (Oral Tradition against which Christ spoke because it was a distortion of belief in which the deity was replaced by a man-made ideology with distorted concepts of ‘truth’ and ‘morality’) and the Gemara, the comments on the Mishna. The Talmud came into recognisable, written form after 500 AD and was in opposition to the older faith of Christianity. Islam derived from Judaism and its Sharia law is largely taken from judaic law, which is principally why jews and moslems feel affinity with one another’s ‘belief systems (as Christ and Sts Peter and Paul noted, the ‘stumbling block’ of the Jews was their slavish and hypocritical adherence to the “Law” whilst ignoring the essential central roles of Love and Mercy and personal spiritual integrity.)
